A positive, forward-looking future for Nanaimo.

In Andrew’s words

“I’m passionate about building a positive, forward-looking future for Nanaimo shaped by collaboration, thoughtful planning and a strong sense of community. Nanaimo has been home for most of my life and I’m excited about the opportunity to give back to the city that has given me so much.

If elected to Nanaimo Council I will focus on community safety, a strong local economy and advancing the services and infrastructure our growing city needs. I want to see vibrant business districts, a thriving downtown and a strong arts and culture sector, while protecting our natural environment and expanding the green spaces that make Nanaimo such a great place to live.

Many of Nanaimo’s challenges can only be addressed by working together with the Federal and Provincial governments, the Snuneymuxw nation, community organizations and local stakeholders. My experience has shown me what can be accomplished when people work to forward a common goal.

As a member of Nanaimo Council, I will use my collaborative experience and positive outlook for the betterment of Nanaimo to find practical solutions, and I ask for your support on October 17th”.
